Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka untuk meneliti secara mendalam aspek-aspek penting yang membentuk kepribadian pendidik dalam konteks pendidikan Islam.Selain itu, penelitian ini melihat bagaimana kepribadian pendidik berdampak pada siswa dan lingkungan pendidikan. A person's success in education cannot be separated from their learning motivation or students' interest in learning because motivation is very influential in students' interest in learning. This research aims to investigate the influence between school facilities and student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 2 Kerinci. Facility factors are evaluated through aspects of learning resources, learning tools and learning supports. Student learning motivation is measured by considering the level of desire to learn, interest in learning, and academic goals. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample was selected purposively, and data was collected via questionnaire. Data analysis involves correlation and regression tests to see whether there is a significant relationship between facilities and student learning motivation. In this research the author focuses on the use of methods by teachers in the classroom to bring out students' Islamic character. The researcher pays attention to the characteristics, systems and supporting factors of learning in each institution. The method used was qualitative descriptive analysis with 11 PAI teachers in Takengon City as respondents. The research results show that there are no differences in learning methods at the three institutions. This is because there are still children who do not have the ability to read the Al-Qur'an properly and use recitation correctly. There are various methods for learning the Al-Qur'an, one of which is the Al-Qur'an recitation method. This research aims to determine the process, strategies and obstacles to learning Al-Qur'an recitations among students at Muhammadiyah Langsa Middle School. This study uses a qualitative method. The research subjects were one Al-Qur'an recitation teacher and 20 students at Muhammadiyah Middle School in Langsa City who took part in Al-Qur'an recitation activities. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. The research results show that (1) students will be provided with a room with air conditioning, loudspeakers and microphones. Apart from that, students will be directed to follow the teacher's directions by reciting the sermons one by one, then at the end of the lesson the teacher will direct the students to recite the sermons together. (2) The teacher's strategy in learning Al-Qur'an recitations for students at Muhammadiyah Langsa Middle School, namely a strategy for organizing learning where teachers will train themselves by getting used to watching videos from social media, especially YouTube. Preparation of teaching media in the form of recitation rhythm videos and the teacher will also train students' breathing first before the learning process takes place. A learning delivery strategy where the teacher will use the facilities provided by the school, namely in the form of focus and videos so that the delivery of recitation rhythms becomes more effective. Hal ini merupakan warisan nenek moyang suku Pak-Pak yang melarang keras adanya pernikahan semarga. Bagaimanakah analogi larangan menikah semarga dalam Suku Pak Pak di Kampung Longkib Kecamatan Longkib Kota Subulussalam. Bagaimanakah pernikahan semarga ditinjau dari perspektif pendidikan Islam Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analogi larangan menikah semarga dalam Suku Pak Pak di Kampung Longkib Kecamatan Longkib Kota Subulussalam, dan untuk mengetahui pernikahan semarga ditinjau dari perspektif pendidikan Islam. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yang Nondoktrinal dan merupakan penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara kepada tokoh adat suku Pak-Pak dan study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam masyarakat Pak-Pak sangat melarang adanya pernikahan satu marga yang telah berlaku secara turun temurun dari nenek moyang larangan pernikahanan satu marga dikarenakan masyarakat Suku Pakpak menganggap bahwa satu marga merupakan saudara yang tidak dapat dinikahi karena merupakan <em>dongan sabuhuta </em>atau dari rahim yang sama. Adapun faktor dilarangnya melakukan pernikahan semarga itu karena dapat merusak tatanan adat yang telah berlaku dengan terjadinya pernikahan sedarah dan akan merusak hubungan kekerabatan apabila terjadi pertengkaran sampai berujung kepada perceraian serta akan merusak cara pertuturan kepada anggota keluarga. Hasil kedua bahwa larangan pernikahan satu marga tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam, karena hukum Islam baik di dalam Al-Qur'an maupun Hadiṣ tidak mengenal adanya larangan terkait pernikahan satu marga, karena tidak terdapat unsur nasab di dalam hukum Islam hanya melarang keras pernikahan sedarah, sepersusuan dan yang berbeda agama dengannya, larangan pernikahan satu marga tersebut hanya sekedar hukum adat yang telah berlaku dan harus dijaga di dalam tatanan adat Suku Pak-Pak.
