So it needs to be instilled in children about good morals from an early age, through learning akidah morals at MI, children can know, understand and apply them to their daily life. This writing is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques using documentation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's model. The conclusion of the discussion results contained in the novel Surat Kecil Untuk Tuhan, namely 1) morals towards Allah SWT includes faith, gratitude, prayer, tawakal, and obedience. 2) morals towards fellow humans, including a) morals towards oneself, namely responsibility, patience, sincerity. b) morals towards family, namely respect, affection and friendship. c) morals towards the community, such as friends, that is, please help. d) morality towards neighbours, that is, please help. 3) morals towards nature or the environment, namely admiring His creations and protecting the environment. The use of computer technology becomes an integral part of every learning activity, including its use as an assessment tool in the education section. it is concluded that the reporting of technology-based assessment results, the first of which is a document containing the value and description of learners' learning outcomes (competency achievement) in all subjects, self-development activities, and personality development. Student learning outcomes report is at least filled in at the end of each semester which is a tool to communicate the results/progress of learners between madrasahs/ schools with parents of learners and with other interested parties to know the learning outcomes of learners in a certain period. One model that can activate students in learning is pair checks. Pair checks emphasize activity, interaction, and insistence cooperation. The purpose of the study was to layout the improvement of student learning results on IPS learning by using pair checks models. The research paradigm is a class action. Research subjects of as many as 22 people of V grade students. Data collecting techniques use observation as well as data analysis using percentage. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. The results showed there was an increase in student learning results from cycle I to cycle II by 31.81%. This increase in learning outcomes is influenced by the students’ level of concentration and seriousness in following the IPS learning process better than ever and students are already used to feeling with those learning models as well. The purpose of learning to speak is so that students can use the language orally properly and correctly. However, in reality, speaking skills in learning activities are still not optimal, and they are not given enough attention. The purpose of this study was to determine speaking skills before applying the debate learning model. As well as knowing the speaking skills of students after using the debate model of class V students of MI Naelushibyan, Bandung Regency. This is also due to speaking skills that do not use the right model. The research model used was Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was conducted at MI Naelushibyan, Bandung Regency. Speaking skills after using the debate model were included in the sufficient category with an average score of 54.5 in the I action cycle I, in the I action II cycle the students got an average score of 63. While in the second cycle students got an average score of 68 in action I and 87% of action II. In some madrasahs, the headmaster never gave a structured guide to the teacher. This research aims to see the application of guidance with the method of coaching by the head of Madrasah in increasing the performance of teachers in teaching. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation and documentation. The research subject is the head of the Madrasah, and 12 teachers from 6 (six) Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the city of Semarang, namely MI Hasanuddin, MI Tawang, MI Gisikdrono, MI Al Amin, MI Kebonharjo, and MI Mirfaul Ulum, each Madrasah 2 teachers, one from high class and one from low grade.
