This research focuses on the public relations of the Central Kalimantan Province Information, Coding, and Statistics Communication Service in using communication strategies to manage information conveyed to the public through a multimedia center. This research was conducted to find out and describe the public relations communication strategy of the Information, Coding, and Statistics Communication Service. This research aims to find out how the public relations communication strategy of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Communication Information, Coding, and Statistics Service manages information through a multimedia center using descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive research is research that tries to understand the phenomena that occur at the Central Kalimantan Province Information Communication, Encryption, and Statistics Service regarding what the research subjects feel. Using Harold D. Laswel's communication strategy theory as reinforcement for the strategy used. The data sources in this research contain primary and secondary data. Primary data was generated through face-to-face interviews with the Public Relations of the Central Kalimantan Province Information, Coding, and Statistics Communication Service and public communications management staff. The badudus tradition is a custom or habit that has been passed down by the ancestors since ancient times and continues to be practiced today. This paper aims to examine the ritual communication of the badudus tradition in the Banjar tribe of South Kalimantan, especially Tabalong district. This paper uses field research and a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained through interviews with cultural, religious, and community leaders as tradition actors. This paper finds the Badudus tradition not only as a physical self-cleansing, but also inwardly. This paper also explains the meaning of the materials used in the Badudus tradition. The communication model used in the Badudus tradition is a sacred ceremony where people gather to follow a series of Badudus tradition events. The Badudus tradition in the process of implementation still needs further study because there are still several things that need to be refined which aims to make the implementation of the Badudus tradition in accordance with Islamic religious law. This research discusses the meaning of symbols found in the implementation of the ka'an tradition in the Tanjung Besar Village community, the Semende Lembak tribe. The research method used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative method; the researcher tries to describe the results of the research that has been carried out. The subjects in this research consisted of four informants, namely the traditional leader, traditional officials, rebiyah, and celebration organizers. Of course, the informants in this research were informants who were in accordance with the specified informant characteristics. Determining informants in this study used purposeful sampling techniques. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary data. The data collection methods in this research are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Analysis of the research results was also carried out using Roland Bhartes' semiotic analysis. From the research results on implementing the Kai'an tradition, there are two stages, namely the preparation stage and the ceremony implementation stage. In the first stage, the header symbol is interpreted as a symbol of protection, can provide positive things, is liked by many people, and has good character. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with semiotic analysis approach by referring to Roland Barthes' theory. The data collection technique in this research uses observation and documentation methods on the object of research. The observation method in this research is by looking at the mural images on the walls of Salatiga City directly, while the documentation method in this research is taking some photos of mural art images related to Islamic values. The result of this study shows that, in the art of drawing or painting on the walls of large "murals in Salatiga City" there is a representation of Islamic values of aqidah, sharia and morals that dominate in the mural art located in three locations: Selasar, Munginsidi, and Taman Tingkir. On this occasion, according to mental health, it is an optimal combination or harmony between various mental activities and the ability to deal with simple mental problems that a person faces, as well as the ability to feel feelings of happiness and good strength. But many people are now unable to maintain mental health due to increasing depression. The researcher's research method uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative approach was taken to obtain more accurate and meaningful data. Research using a qualitative approach method used by researchers is library research, namely a series of activities relating to library data collection methods starting from books, scientific works, and national journals. The conclusion from this research is that social media is very important in the spread of mental health. It can be seen from the data above that almost all people in the modern era now use social media, from children and teenagers to the elderly. However, in carrying out its function as social control, the media has limitations, and the media also has a relationship with local authorities. The local authority, which we call the government, will try to build relationships with the media to build the government's image through reporting in local media. This study is qualitative research that uses a content analysis approach. The use of qualitative research is related to the nature of the data collected, which is an exploration of meaning, experiences, and phenomena related to local mass media in Langsa. Through qualitative data, this research attempts to analyze the relationship between mass media and politics in Langsa City during the reporting process. The research object is focused on online news in Langsa City, such as Tanyoe Langsa, Chapnews.com, and Beritalima.com in Langsa, and Serambi.com, online People's Thoughts, Online People's Daily, and political figures. The research results show that the mass media has a strong relationship with the government, so it tends to provide news that supports government policies and programs. The mass media, BeritaLima.com, TanyoLangsa, and Chapnews, have a role that tends to support the government in reporting due to the relationships that are formed. Klaten society is a society that believes in the sendekolo phenomenon, which is full of mystical things. Interestingly, people recognize the sendekolo phenomenon with different understandings. The purpose of this research is to examine how Klaten people understand the sendekolo phenomenon and how the community prevents this bad thing. The researcher used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews with seven informants who were recorded. The collected data is analyzed by reading it repeatedly, classifying it, and drawing conclusions. The theory used is Edward Evans Pritchard's anthropological theory. The results showed that Klaten people understand sendekolo as a sacred time that is full of taboos that apply to all ages.
