Author Fees

Introduction

All readers and authors of Al-Ikhtibar: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan can enjoy the benefits of free open access. We believe that free open access promotes accessibility and use worldwide, serving the professional and scientific community and the wider community. Because there are no fees charged for access, Al-Ikhtibar: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan offsets the cost of publication (including the costs of peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving) by charging article processing charges (APC) to authors, institutions, or funders for each published article.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

All accepted articles are subject to Article Processing Charges to provide readers free access and cover the costs of peer review management and the journal production process. This APC is valid for the current calendar year and may be changed at any time at the publisher's sole discretion. The submitting author is responsible for payment of the APC and must confirm, at the time of submission, that s/he will organize payment of the APC, should the article be accepted for publication. This responsibility may not be delegated to any third party unless the publisher agrees. Note: APC will be billed after the article "Accepted" and will not affect the peer review process.  

For the article accepted on July 1, 2024:

All authors from Indonesia: IDR 500,000.00.

International collaboration (Indonesian and abroad authors): IDR 350,000.00 or USD 24.00

Author from abroad: USD 30.00

Author with h-index Scopus or WoS ≥ 15: USD 0.00 (free charge)
INSPIRA Reviewer= 50% discount of APC

Management of this journal is monitored and audited regularly by the Center of Research and Publishing (Pusat Penelitian dan Penerbitan) of Institut Agama Islam Negeri Langsa, a form of fulfilling the quality assurance of scientific publications.
