Lentera: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies is an academic scientific journal published by the IAIN Langsa Postgraduate Program. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December. This journal has specifications in the field of Islamic education. Islamic Law, Islamic Economics and Business, Qur'anic, and Hadith Studies, Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Thought and Literature, Islam and Peace, Civilization in Islam, Islam in local wisdom, and issues in Islamic studies.
Currently, Lentera: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies has published six volumes since it was first published in 2019. During that time, Lentera: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies has revamped the management structure several times to improve quality. In Vol 6 No 1 (2024), Lentera: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies reshuffled its management with the election of Dr. Azwir, MA, as Editor-in-Chief. Under this new management, the journal's goal is to achieve increased SINTA accreditation. For this reason, some fundamental changes to the template, author guidelines, style, and appearance of the journal website must be made immediately. So through this announcement, all parties involved in managing Lentera: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies ask loyal readers and journal writers to adapt to the new format that we have implemented starting with Volume 6, Issue 1, 2024.
