POLITICA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara dan Politik Islam is an academic scholarly journal published by the Department of Constitutional Law (HTN), Faculty of Sharia, IAIN Langsa since 2017. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December. It specializes in the fields of Islamic law, constitutional law, comparative law, Islamic politics, and fiqh siyasah. Currently, POLITICA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara dan Politik Islam has published twelve volumes since its first issue in 2017. During this period, the journal underwent several management restructurings to enhance the quality of its publications. In Volume 12 of 2025, POLITICA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara dan Politik Islam once again restructured its management, with Mr. Nanda Herijal Putra, M.A.P., appointed as Editor-in-Chief. Under this new management, the journal’s main goal is to achieve an improved SINTA accreditation. Therefore, several fundamental changes to the template, author guidelines, writing style, cover, and website appearance need to be implemented immediately. Through this announcement, all members of POLITICA: Jurnal Hukum Tata Negara dan Politik Islam management invite loyal readers and authors to adapt to the new format that has been applied since Volume 12, Issue 1 of 2025.
