Criminal Act of Narcotics Abuse by Minors: A Study of the Decision of the Kuala Simpang District Court

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of thread implantation in beauty clinics in East Aceh Regency, to determine the views of the Dayah Ulama of Idi Timur District on the law on the use of beauty thread implantation and to determine the relevance of harmony and the practice of thread implantation in the perspective of Islamic Family Law. The approach to this study is an empirical legal approach with a field research type. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study showed that (1) The practice of thread implantation in beauty clinics in East Aceh Regency was carried out through several stages such as anesthesia, the process of inserting threads under the skin of the face and the recovery process. On average, women who undergo thread implantation are aged 40 and over to remove wrinkles. (2) The view of the Dayah Ulama of Idi Timur District on the law on the use of beauty thread implantation is that it is not allowed because it causes differences in certain body parts and there is harm because it will cause danger in the form of infection. (3) The relevance of harmony and thread implant practices in the perspective of Islamic Family Law is where the thread implant beauty procedure is considered effective in building harmony in the household so as to create a sakinah family as a result of the husband being happy and liking when he sees his wife's appearance, which then creates a family that is mawaddah (a feeling of love that exceeds love) and rahmah (a love that strengthens each other)
