The JUIP: Journal of Ushuluddin and Islamic Philosophy  is a high-quality open access peer-reviewed research journal published by Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, and Da'wah, IAIN Langsa, Aceh, Indonesia. 

Focus and Scope

The focus of JUIP: Journal of Ushuluddin and Islamic Philosophy is to advance scholarly discussions and interdisciplinary studies in the fields of Islamic thought, philosophy, and theology. The journal aims to explore critical and contemporary issues related to Ushuluddin and its integration with philosophical, theological, and sociocultural studies. It seeks to contribute to the understanding and development of Islamic intellectual traditions in a global and local context, fostering innovative approaches to classical and modern challenges in the study of Islam. Taking an expansive view of the subject, the journal brings together all disciplinary perspectives. It publishes peer-reviewed articles on the islamic philosophy, philosophy, islamic thought, conceptual studies of ushuluddin, quranic and hadith studies, comparative religions, sociology of religion, islamic theology, islam in a local/nation and mysticism/sufism, and other aspects of the subject in all times and places. The journal aims to become one of the leading platforms in the world for new findings and discussions of all the aforementioned fields. Academics from any countries who are interested in these topics are cordially invited to submit their article to JUIP: Journal of Ushuluddin and Islamic Philosophy and to use this open-access journal. Novelty and recency of issues, however, are the priority in publishing.
