JUIP: Journal of Ushuluddin and Islamic Philosophy is a high-quality, open-access, peer-reviewed research journal published by the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, and Da’wah. JUIP provides an academic platform that welcomes and acknowledges high-quality empirical and conceptual research papers in the fields of Islamic thought, philosophy, and theology. The journal's focus and scope include Islamic philosophy, Islamic thought, conceptual studies of ushuluddin, Qur’anic and Hadith studies, comparative religions, sociology of religion, Islamic theology, Islam in a local/national context, and mysticism/Sufism.

This journal was first published in Volume 1, Issue 1, April 2025. Since its initial publication, JUIP has been committed to being a scholarly publication platform that contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of ushuluddin and Islamic philosophy. Currently, Dr. T. Wildan, MA serves as the Editor-in-Chief.

Under this new leadership, JUIP aims to achieve SINTA accreditation as part of its efforts to enhance academic standards and scientific impact. Therefore, several fundamental changes to the template, author guidelines, writing style, and the journal's website appearance are being implemented. Through this announcement, we invite all readers, authors, and academics to adapt to the new format that has been applied since Volume 1, Issue 1, 2025. The latest template can be downloaded here.
